Greet customers when they enter the shop and offer assistance with merchandise. Display merchandise, restock items, and ticket merchandise with price or mark-downs. Follow proper inventory system to conduct and reconcile merchandise inventory. Count and verify merchandise orders upon receipt and document any shortages. Place orders for store merchandise and approve invoices, including communicating with manager/supervisor as needed. Complete customer purchases, process all payment types, and process returns, refunds, and exchanges. Maintain appropriate cash levels in cash drawer, turn in all property monies and receipts, and ensure deposits/cash drops are verified. Follow checklist for opening and closing shop. Secure shop and monitor customer activity to prevent losses due to merchandise theft and damage   


Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating, and motivating employees. Serve as a departmental role model. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Follow all company policies and procedures.  



  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.  

  • Verify uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional.  

  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; and protect company assets.  

  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.  

  • Speak with others using clear and professional language.

  • Verify adherence to quality expectations and standards. Identify and recommend new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings.  

  • Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.  

  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.  

  • Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.  

  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.  

  • Perform other duties as assigned.  

  • Attention to customer service with a professional and pleasant personality. 

  • Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
