We help facilitate vacation experiences that create life-long memories by providing excellent customer service, reviewing vacation usage options, making reservations, and providing additional ownership education.

The right Vacation Ownership Advisor candidate will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service

  • Engage in creative problem solving

Preferred Vacation Ownership Advisor Qualifications

  • Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Must have the ability to work with a high level of professionalism at all times
  • Basic computer proficiency

U.S. Locations:

Work-from-home* (remote) and in-office opportunities based out of our two offices:

  • 310 Bearcat Drive in Salt Lake City, Utah 84115
  • 9002 San Marco Court in Orlando, Florida 32819
* Limitations on distance from office will be noted in the job posting details

Hours of Operation:

  • Monday through Friday, 6:45 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. MST*
  • Saturday, 6:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. MST*
* Hours and days of operation may change based on business needs

Pay:

  • Customer Service/Advisor positions start at $16.00 per hour
  • Wages for other hourly and management positions vary by role
