JOB SUMMARY

Assists in leading the daily operations of the spa and fitness check in desks.  Ensures that high levels of guest service are provided.  Provides support to the staff and Director when needed.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

• Helps to facilitate the daily operations of the spa and fitness check in desks.  Answers telephone calls and email inquiries.  Check guests in and out.  Schedules spa treatments.
• Advise spa providers of any last-minute changes or additions to schedule and resolve scheduling situations as needed.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model.
• Complete requisitions for additional products, supplies and equipment.
• Follow all company policies and procedures; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
• Routinely inspects Spa and Fitness facilities and equipment to ensure safety, cleanliness, and good working order.
• Communicate/suggest programs, services, or products that would be appropriate for specific member and guests' needs.
• Advises members and guests of the Rules and Regulations of the Spa and Fitness areas.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language proficiently.
• Experience in the Spa and/or Hospitality Industry preferred but not required.

• Attention to customer service with a professional and pleasant personality.

• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
