Specific Job Summary:

The Senior Manager, NOA Program Implementation & Compliance, will design, develop and deliver new documentation, training and operational programs, processes, policies and procedure that support changing business initiatives. The Senior Manager will work closely with the departments initiating new or changing programs and or affected by the change such as Legal, Business Support, iPSM, Marketing and Sales and Finance. The Senior Manager works independently or as part of a cross functional team to design, develop, deliver and evaluate training programs that support the accurate, efficient and compliant operations in the areas of sales contracting, audit functions, closings and all related processes for all NOA Asia Pacific associates. The Senior Manager will work with relevant departments to develop and deliver programs, processes and procedures in alignment to comply with regulatory compliance changes. The Senior Manager serves as a resource to address escalated operational or procedural issues impacting NOA operations including the production of accurate contract and financing documents in accordance with all rules and regulations as well as internal procedures. The Senior Manager will research and analyze the impact of operational changes and new programs to existing procedures and processes. The Senior Manager will be responsible to test and review all document changes affecting the sale and financing of vacation club points to ensure compliance and proper functioning. The Senior Manager will be responsible for the content, relevance, timeliness and availability of all NOA procedures, documentation and training programs.

Specific Expected Contributions:

Compliance/implementation/Process improvements

  • Continually evaluates existing training and related program documentation (SOPs) to ensure content remains updated and relevant. Responsible for all the maintenance of the Asia NOA SOP library.
  • Designs and develops all NOA collateral related to new procedures and processes regarding new regulations, compliance requirements, legal disclosures, system enhancements, and product changes.
  • Researches, schedules and delivers training sessions via webinars, e-learning, and in-class sessions to NOA associates in Asia Pacific.
  • Develops tracking system to monitor successful completion of all training sessions by all associates in department and reports attendance of mandatory training sessions.
  • Identifies TSW system enhancements to increase systems efficiency; works with NOA Business Support team to prepare and submit systems change requests.
  • Identifies, promotes, and helps implement process improvement initiatives regarding sales administration and closing processes in view of improving regional performance and alignment with changing business or regulation needs.
  • Independently from the NOA lead, works with key business partners to identify and implement solutions and submit recommendation to NOA lead.
  • Serves as the NOA Subject Matter Expert assigned to special projects implementation focused on product forms, document changes, implementation of programs, system enhancements and new technologies.
  • Serves as the primary resource for NOA Business Partners, NOA Sales Site, Member Services and iPSM regarding operational and procedural compliance well as program specifics.
  • Responsible for the Asia NOA monthly assessment in collaboration with the central NOA team
  • Interfaces with Legal, Finance and/or Internal Audit on compliance related issues when required and implements corrective actions.
  • First point of contact for implementation of new procedures required by Legal
  • Performs ad hoc projects as assigned.


  • Communicates new policies and procedures to NOA Department to ensure consistency as well as accuracy.
  • Acts as a role model beyond the NOA Department
  • Responsible for the development of core new hire training including standard contract processing.
  • Establishes training programs for NOA associates and other department associates in consultation with senior NOA leaders. Work alongside site managers to ensure satisfactory delivery of training and best practices roll out.
  • Provide hands-on support to site teams during process implementation.
  • Communicates regulatory updates and compliance changes to the NOA Department.
  • Communicates all new and updated procedures and processes in conjunction with new or modified programs or initiatives.
