Job Summary

As a member of the professional staff, contributes specialized knowledge and skill in a discipline (e.g. Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Information Resources, Operations Planning & Support, Sales and Marketing) area to support team and/or department business objectives. Generally, works under supervision but is expected to have the knowledge of New Owner Administration Standard Processes to confidently and independently produce high standard, compliant, sales contracting documentation. Ensure quality, compliant processes are adhered to in all areas of contract production, financing applications, payment collection, follow-up, sales status reporting and client file maintenance.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • High school completion or equivalent
  • Related work experience
Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency in reading and writing English (additional language required for certain positions)
Willing To:
  • Work Part Time, 5 days per week, including weekends
  • Demonstrate openness to adapt to different cultural contexts based on location
  • Must be willing to be flexible across shifts as required by business needs
