The position will be responsible for maintaining the Resort and HOA (Home Owners Associations) general ledger accounts, and produce Financial Statements.

Responsible for maintaining the Resort and HOA (Home Owners Associations) general ledger accounts which includes ensuring revenues and expenses are posted accurately, preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations, and ensuring financial statements and reports are in compliance with internal and external policies.  Position requires detail oriented individual who enjoys complex problem solving and  researching analytical variances in a fast paced work environment. The expectation for a person in this position must be able to interpret standard GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) and interacts with resort operations in a regular basis.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and two to five years of related experience.  Knowledge of Excel electronic spreadsheet applications  is required along with attention to detail.  Hotel/Resort/HOA experience is a plus.
