Job Responsibilities:  Maximum of ten responsibilities, in order of percentage of time spent on functions from longest to shortest; do not list anything that does not represent at least 10% of the job’s time.  Please include supervisory responsibilities.

1. Supervise work of Maintenance and Housekeeping Departments.

2. Audit repair and maintenance tasks performed by team ensuring satisfactory and timely completion of work orders and assignments. Utilize work order software to track and quantify all work performed.  Ensure appropriate owner communication where needed.

3. Perform administrative duties such as approve and process all invoices, human resources documents, credit card expenses, labor/Kronos, and check requests.

4. Communicate effectively with individual owners, staff and resort operations departments.

5. Establish, maintain, and adhere to budgets for departments.

6. Ensure all permits and inspections are maintained and updated appropriately.  Schedule all inspections ahead of time to ensure compliance with all regulations and requirements.

7. Manage the cleanliness, orderliness, safety and functionality of each department. Order supplies as needed and safeguard all employees, supplies, equipment and tools.  Maintain inventories of all maintenance related assets.

8. Work closely with Owner services to ensure effective communication on any work/activity that transpires in their unit.

9. Guest Service Calls and Duties.

Job Qualifications:  Describe the minimum qualifications needed to complete the job responsibilities.

Education

High school degree/diploma or equivalent additional experience.

Experience/Skills

3-5 years supervisory/management experience in Housekeeping/Maintenance/ Hospitality.

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Computer experience and strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Ability to use property management and work order software.
