JOB SPECIFIC TASKS

  • It is a commitment that associate will follow the company policy under the topic "Incentive " that associate could not be able to deal with the third party or vendor by recommending our Club Member to experience the service and associate get commission from vendor or Third Party. Termination process will be offered to those who fails with this policy.
  • Report at work on time in the uniform provided, ensuring a neat and tidy appearance, according to the associate handbook.

  • Be able to work as a shift which is assigned by Lounge Service Supervisor.

  • Complete all shift duties as outlined on shift check list prior to the end of shift.

  • To have a complete knowledge of the Club Residence's Product, including room types, Number of apartments, and facilities, Member Service and Club Resorts.

  • To develop a close and harmonious working relationship with all Club Residence's departments.

  • Working closely with Lounge Service Supervisor for the smooth running of Service Operation.

  • Attending a training session as required, and also be able to join the Department Monthly Meeting as required.

  • Anticipating Member needs and handle all requests in a professional manner.

  • Report all the incidents to Lounge Service Supervisor, Directors of Service Operations or General Manager in a sufficient communication way and also making a necessary action

  • Well understand of Club Residence policies and procedures including with House Rules.

  • Report health/safety and security hazards to Lounge Service Supervisor or LP

  • Ensure that working area and Break Out Room are clean and tidy at all times.

  • Well Understand of pre-arrival set up process prior to guests arrival ie.
    • Sending welcome letter
    • Making a courtesy call
    • Preparing a welcome pack set up
    • Preparing a refreshment beverage and cold towels

  • Monitor daily arrivals ensuring all requests are carried out wherever possible and all realistic expectations are met and ensure all reservations are honoured.

  • Receive, handle and relaying of messages, mail, voice mail and faxes in an efficient, timely manner as per Club Residence policy.

  • Providing a Club Residence's facilities information to Members upon arrival, explaining the value of apartment key and the elevator key systems.
  • Well understand and be able to demonstrate of how to operate for all electronic appliances provided in each apartment ie. Washing Machine, Brower, Iron and Board, Coffee maker, Toaster, Electric Stove.
  • Know well of how to operate Microsoft Outlook, Opera and Marsha systems according to job requires.
  • Keep an eye on and learning for the maintenance procedure in working area for all hotel assets. ie, computer, printer, fax machine, Ving Card Machine, Camera and making a report once maintenance is needed.
  • Checking stock for all office suppliers including guests stationery, and make sure that it is balance for the par stock and making a report to Lounge Service Supervisor to re-order once more stock is needed.
  • Taking as an important issue in handling with Member's room Key and Elevator Key ( Please refer to Room Key's Procedure and Elevator Key's procedure )
  • Taking as a commitment with the company that all associates will keep a personal data of our Club Residence Members as a confidential.
  • Always showing an active & enthusiastic appearance to our members once requires and always providing some options for any kind of recommendation.
  • Plus any others extra tasks which is related to the position that might be assigned by the Management.
  • Complete all Check-ins and check outs in an efficient with a timely manner.
  • Offer information and services where appropriate and thanks to customers and invite our customers to return visit.
  • Complete all shift duties as outlined and record in log book prior to the end of shift.
  • Build up and maintaining a good relationship with other co-owners of the building.
  • Be aware and follow with company policy while on duty and well understand including with respect to the company policy when using a media communication sources, such as computer, Email, website, attached and forwarded mails
