Job Purpose: 

Supports properties in communicating with owners in a proactive, positive manner as well as provides assistance in resolving a variety of owner problems.  Completes validation of all property IARA agreements and records and files in appropriate systems.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Rental Program Management Contracts -  Review and maintain contracts and necessary legal and tax documents for the participating rental units
  • Opera and Owner Relations (OR) Systems -  Opera:  Responsible for Ending and Actualizing contracts so that units are “live” in the system and training of the system.
  • Responsible for training and maintaining of the system for use by the property. 
  • Prepare monthly Entry/Exit Report, Unit Count Report and Legal Contract Report.  - Maintains Leisure Time Passport (LTP) Member List and Act 204 (TAT) Advertising Requirement on the AAH website.
  • Acts as liaison between the property and Team HQ departments such as Accounting, Legal and Sales
  • Assist Owners with accounting issues, reservations, etc.
  • Handle Guest Complaints
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • CondoLetters (Newsletters) - Review, edit, format, print and post
  • CondoLetters (monthly/quarterly).

Job Qualifications: 


Minimum High school degree/diploma degree/diploma or equivalent additional experience.

  • Handle employee complaints
  • Discipline employees
  • Plan the work

  • Apportion the work among the employees
  • Determine the type of materials, supplies, machinery, equipment or tools to be used or merchandise to be bought, stocked and sold
  • Control the flow and distribution of materials or merchandise and supplies
  • Provide for the safety and security of the employees or the property
  • Plan and control the budget
  • Monitor or implement legal compliance measures
