Resort Operations

Share your love of travel with others as a member of our Resort Operations team. You’ll be the smiling face of your resort and the front line for greeting guests, taking care of their needs and requests — and helping make sure they have a great vacation experience.


Responsible for keeping our properties beautiful

  • Clean up to three-bedroom villas, including a full kitchen
  • Perform daily cleans of guest accommodations during their stay
  • Exchange linens and villa supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness of property common areas

Front Office

Responsible for welcoming guests and providing a memorable first impression

  • Check in guests and Owners and provide property maps and information
  • Process payments and provide room keys
  • Answer questions about the property, facilities, and events
  • Provide local recommendations for dining and activities

Safety & Security

Responsible for keeping guests safe and the property secure

  • Patrol property to ensure security of buildings and safety of guests and associates
  • Provide guest services in high-traffic areas such as pools and parking lots
  • Create and process incident reports in the event of safety issues
  • Resolve potentially hazardous or escalated situations


Responsible for keeping our accommodations in working order

  • Perform preventative maintenance on property equipment and systems
  • Complete electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance troubleshooting and repair
  • Perform HVAC preventative maintenance and repairs
  • Ensure safe usage of hand and power tools


Responsible for helping our guests have fun and create memorable experiences

  • Plan and organize events for all ages
  • Promote upcoming activities, use of facilities, and encourage guest participation
  • Celebrate holidays and special events on property
  • Lead property-specific activities focusing on local attractions and area

Food & Beverage

Responsible for providing delicious food and beverage selections to our guests

  • Provide service in various types of food and beverage outlets, including counter service and sit-down restaurants
  • Plan and order culinary supplies and materials
  • Offer sundries and snack services in on-site shops
  • Host special culinary events for guests
