Our associates help Owners reserve their vacations at some of the most beautiful resorts and destinations around the world. We help facilitate vacation experiences that create life-long memories by providing excellent customer service, reviewing vacation usage options, making reservations, and providing additional ownership education.

The right Vacation Ownership Advisor candidate will:

Deliver exceptional customer service
Enjoy working in a fun environment
Have strong communication and organization skills
Engage in creative problem solving

Preferred Vacation Ownership Advisor Qualifications

Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Must have the ability to work with a high level of professionalism at all times
Basic computer proficiency

Hours of Operation:

Monday through Friday, 6:45 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. MST*
Saturday, 6:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. MST*

* Hours and days of operation may change based on business needs

Pay:

Customer Service/Advisor positions start at $16.00 per hour
Wages for other hourly and management positions vary by role
