PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
This position will be responsible for managing all of Administration, Payroll and employees’ benefits & relations processes from the brand and the company. In addition to documenting, tracking, and reporting all matters relating to associate’s relations as required by local government agencies, brand, and the company.
Also supports the national recruitment strategy implementation, recruitment initiatives, activities and processes on site, including: screening, pre-qualifying and contacting applicants. Coordinates sourcing strategy creating engaging job postings to be placed in a wide variety of sources including: social media, online job boards, printed materials and massive media.
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Bilingual (English and Spanish) Fluent conversationalist
Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written
Most tasks are performed in a team environment with this position acting as a team leader
Must possess advanced computer skills
Must be highly organized, provide attention to detail and understand a sense of urgency.
Ability to learn, study, analyze and interpret complex activities and/or information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches.
Ability to make decisions with only general policies and procedures available for guidance.
