Participates in the job assignment from Marketing department, in order to offer a preview package to First time buyer or member according to the company marketing campaign and activate the booking to get dated confirmed booking.


Preferred Education and Experience

  • College degree or equivalent
  • Related work experience

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Mandarin communication (English required for certain positions)
  • Good personality
  • Strong communication skills especially speaking.
  • Positive interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a deadline and target.
  • Strong hospitality skills.


  • Source of Marketing Package

Marketing Campaign: we will offer us a preview package with terms and conditions applied to first time buyer and member.

Encore, open date preview package and broker: we will contact the guest who purchased all open date package to get the dated as confirmed booking.

  • Task Assignment

Responsible for offering and activating the package.

Assist all guest’ requirements before arrival and welcome them upon arrival.

Make a payment and follow up with the guest if failure to charge.

  • Task in Details

Tentative booking: Able to make a tentative booking as per broker and guest request and we must confirm the booking within 3 days after the booking is made except for the peak season is available for 1 day only.

Holding reservation Able to hold the room under ME and broker name only one day. If ME and broker needs to hold it longer than one day, the guest information is needed for this exception.

Reminder Letter 30 days before arrival WE will send the reminder letter to reconfirm the reservation, presentation and assist to the guests for any requirements.

Short reminder 7 days before arrival WE will make a call for no reply guest to reconfirm the reservation and arrange an airport transfer.

Tour log WE have to check book tour slot with admin prior to confirm the booking

Transportation WE will get the completed flight information from the guest for dated package. We need to recheck for the transportation report for both arrival and departure. Any changes, ME and WE need to contact directly to VIG and airport representative.

Perform other duties as requested by management.


Performance reviews will be conducted on a monthly basis and may require 3 months reviewing performance achiever.  This position will be measured against the following criteria:

  • To ensure the Leads, Productions and tours are such to meet the target requirements in relation to company’s goal.
  • Display personal motivation and effort to assist in Company Strategy.
  • Demonstrate willingness to seek new knowledge in the forms of skills and motivating.
  • Ensure that SOP/ Code of Conduct is met in relationship to Team Values and Goals in dealing with internal and external guest.
