Overseeing employee attendance and working schedules, including paid time off, overtime and breaks. Responsible under the general direction of the Human Resources Director and within
the limits of established MVW and local Hotel policies and procedures, implements Human Resources Policies and Procedures. Responsible for preparing and submitting periodic reports for
management's use such as but not limited to turnover reports, personnel inventories, absenteeism reports, health and safety, and accident reports. Maintaining and updating employee records,
legal documents and other matters, in an efficient and confidential manner. Reviews Hotel benefits and compensation levels in comparison with competitors and makes recommendations to
ensure the Hotel remains competitive within the local employment market.
