Sell holiday preview packages to guests via inbound and outbound calls. Exceed minimum production requirements set by management. Liaise with owners to generate new prospects.


Reporting to:             Assistant Marketing Manager - Telemarketing / Director of Marketing

Interfacing with:        Telemarketing Team Leader

  • Sell holiday preview packages to guests via inbound and outbound calls to likely prospects
  • Contact owners to build relationships and request referrals / offer packages when available
  • Complete bookings by obtaining flight details
  • Exceed minimum production requirements set by management
  • Qualify all potential purchasers of holiday previews
  • Actively provide service which exceeds our guests’ expectations
  • Maintain a client contact log and reservation details on GoldMine as lead tracking system
  • Manage all call-backs on a daily basis pro rata
  • Obey all departmental and procedural rules
  • Use standard templates and generate appropriate guest correspondence where necessary
  • Complete verification and compliance calls as requested


Perform all tasks in a timely manner ensuring all deadlines are met. Perform other related tasks as assigned by management. Comply with MVCI and Marriott International polices and procedures. Be proactive and have a flexible approach to work, meeting the needs of the team and the business at all times. Maintain an attitude and commitment to provide excellent service to all customers and associates.  Respond sensitively to the needs and feelings of others, regardless of status or position; accept interpersonal differences and maintain a constructive rapport with all associates and customers. Maintain computer systems knowledge (Windows, e-mail, Word, OTM, Marsha etc) Work with all MVCI colleagues as a team, supporting the needs within that team and those of the business at all times.
