JOB DESCRIPTION

Job title: Telemarketing Administrator



Reports to: Telemarketing Team leader / Snr Marketing Manager

Sub reporting line: Telemarketing Administration Supervisor

Department: Marketing

Date: May 2019

SUMMARY 

Support Telemarketing Department with administrative and other tasks to ensure its smooth and efficient running. 

Must speak and write English to a high level. Ability to speak and write in other Languages an advantage (especially Italian)

TASKS 

Operations 

  1. Liaise with Telemarketers and Admin to make reservations for holiday preview bookings in the appropriate systems.

 Support TM Admin Supervisors with all departmental tasks.



Administration

  1. Check room availability as requested.

 Process bookings in reservation system and update appropriate tracking systems.

 Assisting Telemarketers with pricing of packages.

  1. Support TM Supervisor monitoring the telemarketing issues/queries on a daily basis. 
  2. Inform HP, Sales Reception and Resort reservation of any last minute bookings, changes and cancellations. 
  3. Track TMK hours on a daily basis. 
  4. Distribute reports as required. 

10. Check departmental inboxes and process information accordingly. 

11. Assist with visual presentation of team competitions, spifs, etc. 

12.Assist with customer service issues / calls & tasks as required

OTHER

 13. Help with other administrative matters or related tasks as assigned by management. 

14. Assist with completion of verification, compliance and activation calls. 

15.Work with Goldmine Administrator to assist with work 

16. Complies with MVC Company policy and procedures.

SKILLS 

17.Must have excellent attention to detail 

18.Must have high level of computer skills including using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Mail merge 

19.High level of spoken and written English is essential. Other languages an advantage
