Position Summary:

Provides support to the Spa Providers, Supervisor, and Director by greeting members and guests, checking in members and guests as they arrive.  As a Spa Attendant, you'll be responsible for maintaining the spa and fitness facility to provide a neat, clean, and orderly environment.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Follow established procedures to ensure all treatment rooms, locker rooms, stock room and reception areas are neat and clean.
  • Provide exceptional guest service to all guests and members.
  • Assist with processing spa and fitness laundry, when needed.
  • Routinely inspects Spa facilities and equipment to ensure safety, cleanliness and good working order.
  • Responsible for opening and closing the Spa as assigned.
  • Assist Spa coordinators with answering telephone calls - handling requests for information and explaining programs and services as outlined in procedures in a calm, polite, and efficient manner.
  • Advises member and guests of the Rules and Regulations of the Spa.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by Spa Director or Spa Supervisor.

Position Requirements:

  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language proficiently.
  • Experience in the Spa and/or Hospitality Industry preferred, but not required.
