The Quality Assurance Executive's primary responsibility is to assist the Senior Sales Operations Manager with the day to day procedures of sales operations, execute the proper documentation of contracts and doing contract button ups. On the back end, the officer assists the sales operations by assisting in member's bookings and any probable cancellation of a new member after the Sales Executive has met the member and before forwarding them to the Senior Sales Managers. 

On a secondary level, the Quality Assurance Executive may need to assist the Senior Sales Managers with the sales operations in terms of educating members. This may include completing reservations for the new members, meeting them 1 on 1, delivering Member Seminars, and being a point of contact for the new members until they are comfortable.


  • Assisting with sales operations for contracts, while maintaining MVCI 'Culture of Excellence' in all facets of the Service Delivery process and adhering the highest level of integrity at all times.
  • Ensure the accurate completion of all purchase and finance (if applicable) documentation and that the new member is provided with all required documentation along with a New Membership kit.
  • Initiate contact with the new member after rescission and be their primary point of contact within MVC AP through that sale closing date to ensure sale closure is on schedule, and that any incomplete or additional documents, further deposits etc. and/or information is obtained in a timely manner in order to finalize the purchase.
  • Assist Senior Sales Operations Manager with the management of unclosed ageing contracts with the New Owner Administration team.
  • Prior to sale closure, to provide assistance, additional information and reassurance to the new member should they experience post sale remorse, in order to keep the sale secured.
  • Informing Senior Sales Managers of any impeding rescissions once it is beyond the Sales Executive, fairly deducing the sale will not proceed, in a timely fashion.
  • Assist Senior Sales Operations Manager in conducting regular and 'ongoing training and updates sessions' for all Sales associates ensuring they are kept up to date with new procedures etc. if required.
  • Maintain a log in respect to all pertinent new member activities including welcome emails/calls, paper submissions, contract events, and contact history, to report to Senior Sales Managers.
  • Assist with responding to and managing, in a timely manner, any guest concerns or complaints in conjunction with any relevant departments i.e. Marketing, Customer Delivery etc.
  • Making recommendations and seeking approval as required for member-related expense claims.
  • Meet and greet Members and guests at the sales presentation venue (location varies).
  • Coordinate with Marketing team in Hong Kong to ensure accuracy in relevant guest arrival reports and systems.


  • Tertiary education is desirable though not an essential requirement
  • Previous experience in an administrative and supervisory capacity preferably with hospitality
  • Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays as well as some evenings on weekdays

Working Days & Hours:

Fridays: 5:30pm to 10:30pm
Saturdays, Sundays & Selected Public Holidays: 10:00am to 6:00pm (Inclusive of 1-hour lunch time)
