Job Summary

Responsible for assisting guests to the marketing desk immediately after check in. This person will also identify both marketing packages and pre-arrival booked tours to make sure they received their welcome packet from the front desk and provide any help they need. Will help maximize the availability of the desk ME's to "bookable" arrivals. The greeter will help with pre-gifting of these guests when needed.
Follow all company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak to guests and co-workers using clear, appropriate and professional language. Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect. Partner with and assist others to promote an environment of teamwork and achieve common goals. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
