VACATION OWNERSHIP ADVISOR (English & Cantonese Speaking)

The Vacation Ownership Advisorwill be responsible for servicing inbound member calls from our exclusive Marriott Vacations Club Member base. This position will complete reservations and encourage member retention through value-added delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • To answer all inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner by maintaining a professional business attitude at all times
  • To ensure that all issues are responded to and closed within a satisfactory period of time and if necessary follow up with resorts and Customer Resolution in order to resolve issue
  • Assist customers in vacation planning and worldwide hotels reservations through the system
  • Assist in resolving customer care issues and handle customer enquiries.
  • Works cross functionally with other departments to ensure business needs are addressed and customer satisfaction achieved.
  • Assist owners/members with finance-related issues, including Maintenance fee collection and account status enquiries
  • Takes responsibility for call logs and documentation into the system
  • Anticipating the Owner's/Members' needs and being flexible in responding to them so that we may deliver the service and program they value

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in hospitality or call center related field.
  • Ability to work alone with minimal supervision
  • Cheerful and enjoy interacting with people
  • Strong communication and written skill
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Required language(s): Candidate must be fluent in any of following languages in order to communicate with native speakers - English and Cantonese
