Position Summary 

As a member of the professional staff, contributes specialized knowledge and skill in a discipline (e.g. Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Operations Planning & Support, Sales & Marketing) area to support team and/or department business objectives. Generally, works under limited supervision, but within established guidelines, producing and analyzing more complex business information to assist in the decision making process. 

Specific Job Summary 

The Producer of Mobile Applications is responsible for the execution and delivery of MVW Digital Product requests, including issue and incident management, defect remediation, enhancements, and maintenance for specified MVW Digital Products and related applications. 

This hands-on position is responsible for ensuring the specified MVW global Web sites and related applications are operational 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year while maintaining minimal downtime. 

The Digital and Information Technology teams are reliant on this role to plan and execute clear strategies and timelines while anticipating obstacles and mitigating risk. The person in this role creates project plans and/or schedules, delegates tasks, manages resources, and reports on project progress to ensure efficient and effective product and service delivery. 

Driving end-to-end processes, the position requires extreme attention to detail, decision making precision and confidence, while maintaining composure and a readiness to face new challenges while striving for perfection. 

Additionally, the person in this role signs off on work to ensure that only the highest quality product and service is delivered to their business partners.  

Expected Contributions 

  • Performs more complex quantitative and qualitative analysis for business processes and/or projects. Often manages small projects, business processes or parts of larger ones.
  • Responds to, solves and makes decisions on more complex/non-routine business requests with limited to moderate risk.
  • Responsible for own work and contributing to team, department and/or business results. May direct work of non-management staff.
  • Assists more senior associates in achieving business results by:

- identifying opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of business processes.

- providing training and technical guidance to less senior staff, where appropriate, and serving as point-of-contact for problem resolution.

- participating in setting department operating plans.

- recognizing and celebrating team successes.

- achieving results against budget within scope of responsibility.

  • Demonstrates an awareness of personal strengths and areas for improvement and acts independently to improve and increase skills and knowledge.
  • Performs other duties as appropriate. 

Specific Expected Contributions 

  • Liaises with Digital Product Manager, business partners, The Agency, IT, Legal, third-party vendors, etc. to solidify business requirements to ensure on-time quality delivery of identified project scope.
  • Develops detailed timetables and sequencing of activities to successfully complete the project.
  • Manages medium to large requests as well as incidents.
  • Owns the scope of work to ensure all work can be delivered, on-time and on-budget.
  • Oversees team members and delegates tasks inclusive of related resource management responsibilities.
  • Participates in testing from development through user acceptance for all Web releases.
  • Ensures quality assurance standards meet the highest levels before signing off.

Candidate Profile 

Successful candidates should possess knowledge and experience and demonstrate strong leadership and relationship skills as follows: 

Generally, a professional position with specific knowledge in a discipline (e.g., Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology). College degree and/or relevant experience typically required. 

Specific Candidate Profile  

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Digital, Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics or 3+ years' experience in related field.
  • 3 -- 5 years of product project management experience, preferred
  • 6 -- 8 years of Marketing Digital experience
  • Basic understanding of digital concepts, including SEO, PPC and web analytics, with demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills
  • Basic knowledge of HTML is desired
  • Experience with project management software (Application Lifecycle Management, Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, etc.) preferred.
  • Proficient in digital content including web content, product content, etc.
  • Ability to take direction, work independently with minimal supervision and thrive under deadlines.
  • Strong desire to learn and able to adapt to changing environment
  • Willingness to do whatever is necessary to deliver exceptional results, possible off hours and/or weekends when needed
  • Firm sense of accountability and ownership across the entire product lifecycle, with a demonstrated ability to drive project planning, execution and management
  • Effective relationship builder, with proven ability to partner across organizations and collaborate effectively across all levels
  • A self-starter that can work independently, make decisions quickly, and take initiative
  • Extremely organized. Must be able to multi-task, with a proven history of working quickly, efficiently and accurately under deadline pressures
  • Solid demonstrated relationship building and problem-solving/analysis skills.
  • Detail oriented with an excellent track record for managing execution.
  • Ability to proactively engage teams to deliver high quality work on-time.
  • Proven track-record of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to work outside of standard office hours as may be necessary.
