Do you want to be part of a team that experiences the excitement and fun of being in the heart of the city each day?  We seek a passionate, friendly, concierge like candidate to work as the company's own tour guide for all owners and guests while assisting the Events - Activities Manager with onsite activities, tastings and socials.   


This fast-paced position will offer you the opportunity to engage with all guests helping them explore, taste, socialize, and learn about Boston in fun and enjoyable ways. This role will be instrumental in maximizing our guest's vacation experience. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and creative individual who likes to plan, innovate and collaborate; a person capable of multitasking and juggling many details. This individual should possess impeccable customer service skills and enjoy engaging with travelers from around the world.   



  • Looks to develop tour content and evaluate guest satisfaction as each tour ends.  

  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to supervisor/manager.  

  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional.  

  • Protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.  

  • Anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities.  

  • Provide assistance to coworkers, ensuring they understand their tasks.  

  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.  

  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.  

  • Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces; move, lift, or carry objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds; stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.  

  • Attention to customer service with a professional and pleasant personality. 

  • Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 

  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested  



  • Bold interpersonal skills,   

  • Understands customer service.   

  • Prior experience working in a customer service industry.   

  • Reliable, highly organized, attention to detail, courteous, friendly, professional and amiable.   

  • Basic computer skills.   

  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows.   

  • Eager to learn and take on responsibilities.   

  • bold communication skills (oral and written).   

  • Enthusiasm and positive, can-do attitude.   

  • Interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work with multiple personalities.   

  • Ability to work independently.
