JOB SUMMARY

Leads call centre operations team as part of the Indonesia Call Centre. The Operations team provides the vital role of managing leads, confirming and verifying preview package bookings, entering data for bookings into multiple systems for use in sales gallery planning and reporting for sales, marketing and finance. Organise and analyse potential leads for distribution to different call centre teams (inbound/outbound/referral). Communicate with potential owners via telephone to confirm and verify preview package tours and leads team to do the same. 

Liaise with independent contractors and other MVCI Call Centres to coordinate preview package tours booked to the Australia Call Centre. Prepares reports for Call Centre Manager and participates in meetings related to these. Leads general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing). Contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Sales, Data Administration, Accounting) as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.

Assist management in recruiting, training, evaluating, counseling, and motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
