Specific Job Summary (describes the nature and purpose of the position)

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. The central goal of the role is to aid in the growth of top line revenue by way of increased awareness, conversion, and loyalty.



Expected Contributions  (including duties and responsibilities)

  • Design and oversees execution of all aspects of our digital marketing campaigns for portfolio.
  • Develop, monitor, and continually optimize annual and specific campaign budgets/performance.
  • Coordinates with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results while ensuring offer copy and creative is updated and maintained.
  • Collaborates with Marketing, eCommerce, Email and Social leaders to provide tracking and analytics support for campaigns.
  • Prepares frequent, accurate performance reports.
  • Routinely follows through and documents requests for services to ensure all such requests are communicated.
  • Evaluate key performance metrics that affect our website traffic, user experience and/or target audience.
  • Develop new and creative growth strategies through Identification and analysis of latest trends and new media opportunities.
  • Assists with annual digital marketing budgets review and marketing plans as directed.
  • Assists with other tasks as needed.

Specific Candidate Profile (the education, experience, skills and attributes that are important for this position)

Successful candidates should possess knowledge and experience and demonstrate strong leadership and relationship skills as follows:

Education: High school degree/diploma. Some college preferred.

Experience:

  • Five (5+) years’ experience as a digital marketing coordinator or manager with a focus on multi-property portfolios.
  • Experience implementing SEM, SEO, and Social Media campaigns.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, with high skill levels in excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Must be able to work well under pressure, have excellent time management skills and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Must be detail oriented and a creative problem solver.
  • Traditional media experience is a plus.
  • Hospitality experience is a plus.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Certified Hospitality Digital Marketer or equivalent required
