ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
REPORTING
Collate information and data from OTM/ Universe, Goldmine, Cognos or other systems and transfer the data to Excel in order to produce reports. Work with Administrators and Management on cross checking and analyzing figures, compiling, sorting and formatting data for high level reports and ad hoc requests. Ensure completion and distribution of all reports for the region to deadlines.
Request and / or prepare databases for e-campaigns, phone campaigns and other Marketing or Sales activities as required
Ensure appropriate filtering of databases to meet opt out and DNC requirements
Apply continuous improvement to maximise efficiency in report production.
Set up and maintain effective tracking systems for new Marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Assist Marketing, Sales Management, NOA and Finance with adhoc tasks as requested
Help in the development of new reports required by the business using existing and new tools, such as PBI.
Support with running and developing reports where required and requested by business leaders.
Work closely with M&S Finance to provide reports requested by the business leaders.
PAYROLL
Responsible for extracting data from Cognos, OTM/ Universe to indicate packages sold / tours booked in which need payment.
ADMINISTRATION
Responsible for requesting credit of Bonvoy Points to customers through Encore/Discover Marriott, CMD and Outreach channels.
Assist Guest Service department as required
OTHER
Perform all tasks in a timely manner ensuring all deadlines are met. Attend ad hoc training sessions, departmental meetings and team meetings. Perform other related tasks as assigned by management Comply with MVCI and Marriott International polices and procedures. Be proactive and have a flexible approach to work, meeting the needs of the team and the business at all times. Maintain an attitude and commitment to provide excellent service to all customers and associates. Respond sensitively to the needs and feelings of others, regardless of status or position; accept interpersonal differences and maintain a constructive rapport with all associates and customers. Maintain a working knowledge of all MVC product lines. Maintain computer systems knowledge (Windows, OTM/Universe, Goldmine, E-mail, Cognos, Excel, SQL, etc.)
