My internship as a Front Desk Intern at Marriott Vacations Worldwide was an incredible experience! I worked closely with management and got a firsthand look at how MVW delivers exceptional guest service, which helped me strengthen my leadership and customer service skills. I also had the chance to meet company leaders, volunteer to help the community, and connect with fellow interns in weekly sessions. The culture of excellence and teamwork was truly inspiring, and I’m so grateful for the guidance I received. This internship opened doors to rooms filled with people I would have never met otherwise, and the connections and knowledge I gained will help shape my career moving forward. I'm excited to officially begin my journey with Marriott Vacations Worldwide after receiving an offer to stay as a full-time associate, and I cannot wait to see what other opportunities will arise - all stemming from this amazing internship!
