- Follow up waiting list with Onsite Team
Specific task for Singapore day tour
- Check tour qualification
- Create OTM lead & Customer number
- Update MOOD & change tour status
- Update lead & customer in excel tour slot
Specific task for Open/Dated package
- Check tour qualification, tour slot, Marsha, OTM
- Charge, OTM F7, update excel file charge
- Update MOOD status
Administration for TCC team

- Export OTM information and upload in excel file
- Recheck information
- Merge with Open/Dated confirmation letter
- Kick back to TM for any errors
