We are Growing!At Westin Vacation Club Los Cabos we are seeking for our new:**Sous Chef**POSITION PURPOSETrain, supervise and work with all cook and culinary staff in order to prepare, cook and present food according to hotel standard recipes in order to create quality food products
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English language
- High school or equivalent education required. Culinary or Apprenticeship Program preferred
- Minimum two years Sous Chef experience required. Prior supervisory experience required. Previous hospitality experience preferred
