To efficiently generate qualified prospects to Marriott’s Club Son Antem sales centre.  Responsible for the pre-qualification and assistance to clients, representing the MVCI products and system with integrity while displaying excellent customer service skills according to MVCI standards.

Assist in the tracking of current marketing programmes according to the standards and professionalism adhered to by the MVCI

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lobby Desk / Linkage programme / OPC

  • Through professional persuasion, generate qualified prospective purchasers to attend Marriott’s Club Son Antem sales presentation
  • Qualify clients according to the “details of participation” of any given programme.  Also, be able to diplomatically explain promotion terms and conditions to guests that may qualify for a general information (GI) tour
  • Co-ordinate appointments and the time of arrivals with the front desk at the Sales Centre.
  • Provide appropriate information to all guest clients with accuracy, all attention to detail and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a positive attitude with everyone you come in contact with at your location.  Develop a postive relationship with hotel, golf & spa staff and adhere to protocol standard as established by the General Manager.
  • Provide information on services available in Mallorca to be seen almost as a tourist office.
  • Locations must be clean & polished and tidy at all times and the log book at the location must be filled in whenever necessary.
  • Provide creative suggestions for new programmes or improvements to current marketing programmes to maximize efficiency in sales & guest & owner relations.
  • Provide appropriate information to all guests with accuracy, attention to detail and product knowledge.

SSA / In-house programme

  • Conduct pre arrival calls, servicing clients and finding out who travels in party and assist them with any membership issue during their stay.
  • Through professional persuasion, generate qualified prospective purchasers to attend Marriott’s Club Son Antem sales presentation
  • Identify and take action on all clients’ issues and conducting follow up until the issue is solved.
  • Qualify clients and be able to diplomatically explain promotion terms and conditions to guests that may qualify for a general information (GI) tour. 
  • Co-ordinate appointments and the time of arrivals with the front desk at the Sales Centre.
  • Provide appropriate information to all clients with accuracy, attention to detail and product knowledge.
  • Provide service to and handle all customers’ questions, problems and complaints and solve issues in a satisfactory manner
  • In charge of delivering welcome packages to MVCI owners.
  • To maintain and exceed minimum performance standards as established by the Sales management on a period basis.
  • To obtain referrals from new and existing owners.
  • Follow up on sales leads, self generated or those provided by S&M Management to improve sales results.
  • Review own performance with management to improve sales results.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • To maintain an attitude of customer service throughout your dealings with guests and owners.
  • To assist owners when necessary with bookings, queries, etc.
  • To commit to a personal on-going self development programme.
  • To establish supportive and positive interaction with other Associates.
  • Remain current on company and industry information.
  • Through professional persuasion, generate qualified prospective purchasers to attend Marriott’s Club Son Antem sales presentation.
  • Qualify clients according to the “details of participation” of any given programme. 
  • Be able to explain promotion terms and conditions to guests that may qualify for a general information (GI) tour.
  • Co-ordinate appointments and the time of arrivals with the front desk at the Sales Centre.
  • Responsible for contacting In House clients and Owner Referrals in order to generate tours following the company guidelines for In House and referral business.

OTHER:

-   Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

-   Comply with MVCI company policy and procedures.

-   To be in the office on time and show a professional, positive and confident attitude.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Must speak fluent English or German any other language an advantage Excellent customer service skills Good organizational skills.
