Welk Resort Group is growing and adding to our sales staff in Branson, MO.  We're seeking game changing individuals who want to have fun while making a wonderful living and who believe in the importance of vacationing and the ability to share how we can help anyone achieve their vacation dreams.

Agents are responsible for face to face selling of vacation packages to new and current Welk owners.  All leads are provided and qualified by our Marketing team. No cold calling, prospecting or lead generation. 


Excellent Income potential: Our Producing Sales Representatives easily earn over six figures (100k, 200k, 300k and more).

We’re currently growing and have large resorts in San Diego, Palm Springs, Lake Tahoe, Branson, Cabo San Lucas with future resorts currently under construction in Breckenridge Colorado and Poipu Beach, Kauai, Hawaii.

Responsible for a consistent and accurate sales presentation.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities Resort Wide:

• Follows all company and department policies and procedures.
• Works in a safe manner with associates and guests.

• Adheres to attendance policy and reports to work at scheduled start time.

• Must clock in and out and adhere to meal periods and breaks.
• Proposes ideas or find ways to improve services, systems, and/or procedures.


• Engage in exceptional customer service with current and potential Owners of the
Welk Resort Platinum Program.
• Work diligently to communicate the benefits of Welk Resort Platinum Program
consistently and accurately.

• Achieve defined sales targets.
• Successfully pass sales training program.

• Ensure the ethics and integrity of the Welk Resort Sales business platform are supported throughout all aspects of the sales presentation.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.

• Comprehension of the Welk Organization and all Resort facilities.  Keep current on sales information and approved sales materials.

• As the Sales programs mature in performance these responsibilities may be
amended from time to time.

Learn and follow Welk sales presentation outline 

We interview and hire applicants from many different professional backgrounds.  Sales experience, vacation ownership experience, hospitality, customer service, or a real estate background is a plus.

We're looking for candidates who posses a positive attitude, an outgoing personality, enthusiasm, passion, and integrity.

Education and/or Experience:

Must have obtained a High School Diploma or equivalent.  Sales, Hospitality, Customer service, Real Estate experience beneficial. 

Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts, credit applications.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Ability to take guest on tours of the resort via golf cart or walking.
