PROPÓSITO DEL PUESTO:

Dar mantenimiento de pintura y acabado a todo el mobiliario, instalaciones y equipos del hotel.

FUNCIONES ESENCIALES: PROMEDIO % DE TIEMPO

60% Realizar mantenimiento de pintura y servicios generales en todas las disciplinas relacionadas con el mantenimiento, trabajos de acabado, etc.

25% Priorizar las órdenes de trabajo a través de solicitudes urgentes y tiempos de inactividad establecidos en el área del hotel para minimizar las molestias a los huéspedes. Se requiere interactuar efectivamente con los gerentes de departamento. .

15% Completar todos y cada uno de los procedimientos de mantenimiento preventivo asignados.
