Job Description

 

Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage company assigned leads and customer call backs to book preview vacation packages in accordance with performance standards. Perform data entry functions to ensure that calls are properly documented and entered into company database systems. 
  • Follow all preview package Details of Participation to ensure qualification of guests and to fully disclose all package details pertaining to location, accommodations and package inclusions. 
  • Represent all Vistana Signature Experiences properties with knowledge and brand voice. Maintain performance within established departmental and individual Service Levels. High energy, positive attitude, and effective presentation and closing skills.
  • Establish rapport with Owners to encourage ongoing relationship and lead harvest opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Personable with strong verbal and written communications skills. 
  • Ability to negotiate and resolve Guest objections.
  • Desktop computer proficiency for application and resource use.
  • Ability to support and uphold written Details of Participation.
  • Excellent CRM Skills
  • Proven Organizational Skills
  • Prior Call Center Sales Experience preferred
