Specific Job Summary
The Project Manager will work with the Sales, Marketing & Communications team, internal and external customers to maintain the status of projects moving forward, within scope, and on time.
The job will include assisting with the documentation and scheduling of multiple projects, identifying and managing priorities, creating, and maintaining delivery timelines and assisting the management team with resourcing as requested.
Successful candidates should possess knowledge and experience and demonstrate strong leadership and relationship skills.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Understands and articulates project scope, timeline, and requirements. Tracks project deliverables and monitors completion timelines, paying special attention to critical paths and/or other dependencies.
2. Continually optimizes priorities, mitigate risk, and communicate updates with key stakeholders.
3. Keeps abreast of all projects through constant follow-up of dependencies and approvals, ensuring work is conducted in timely fashion and within approved scope.
4. Collaborates with project owners and team resources, legal department, and other resources to update status of work in progress for all projects.
5. Routinely follows through to ensure all such requests are resolved in timely manner, assures the work meets the project deliverables.
6. Develops and maintains regular reporting that facilitates consistent communication and planning.
7. Maintains project briefs and program worksheets within the project files, detailing project objectives, specifics, restrictions, and other pertinent details.
8. Assists with other tasks as needed under the direction of supervisor.
