Job Summary
Reporting to the Director, Marketing Technology & Operations, the Manager, Marketing Operations manages ongoing execution of cross-channel and omni-channel marketing campaigns, including related and supporting tasks. The incumbent is primarily responsible for day-to-day operations, including campaign management and execution, developing, and maintaining marketing process documentation, and system monitoring.

Expected Contributions
- Responsible for cross-channel campaign build and execution, including validation of target audience, campaign processes, creative testing, campaign execution and monitoring for email, direct mail, telemarketing, and social media campaigns.
- Collects, maintains, and summarizes marketing activities and manages the consolidated view of campaign schedules, promotional calendars, print and digital asset production, project statuses, and other related marketing activities.
- Partners with stakeholders to ensure high level campaign strategies are achievable by leveraging current tools and data, identifying any gaps in requirements. Sets actions to fill gaps based on business priority.
- Manages day-to-day operations of campaign management, including monitoring automated processes and campaigns, overall team coordination and promotional functionality.
- Works closely with the broader Interval Marketing team, key business stakeholders, and external vendors to help define, drive, and enhance operational processes and functional excellence.
- Manages workflows across teams and channels to ensure operational efficiencies and activities alignment.
- Assists marketing team members with establishing SOPs around critical marketing functions and responsibilities.
- Conducts research, writes, and implements key processes and process related documentation to improve marketing performance and outcomes.
- Proactively identifies, documents, and highlights business risks and/or areas of improvement, inclusive of mitigation strategies and plans.
- Champions business improvement and change management strategies to accelerate effectiveness and commercial success.
- Conducts and plays a key role in workshops, design sessions, white-boarding sessions, and project meetings as needed.
- Partners with Customer Strategy, Marketing Activation, and Insights & Analysis teams to ensure full alignment of campaign goals through execution and analysis.
- Performs business analysis to track and measure assigned marketing process performance.
- Works independently and collaboratively to generate timely results and push business initiatives forward.
- Acts as a liaison with IT when needed to execute on objectives.
- Manages team priorities and escalates challenges.
- Manages direct report(s) to support business priorities.
- Performs other reasonable job duties as requested.
Candidate Profile
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline preferred or equivalent work experience.
Related Work Experience
- Four to seven years of progressive experience in the marketing operations role.
- Experience in Hotel Management, Vacation Ownership, Hospitality preferred.
- Experience in a matrixed structured organization preferred.
