JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for maintenance of resort units. Assist Guest Services, Front Desk and Housekeeping Departments.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
• Have a “Can-Do Aloha” attitude at all times for guests and teammates.
• Complete maintenance work orders efficiently.
• Complete preventative maintenance inspections and repair deficiencies.
• Assist guests upon request with luggage and room moves.
• Keep maintenance shop clean, organized and safe.
• Perform daily PMCS on gold cart prior to use.
• Track daily work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• High School Diploma or equivalent additional experience.
• One year or more of maintenance experience.
• Understanding of plumbing, electricity, carpentry and overall maintenance.
• Basic understanding of general repair and troubleshooting problems.
• Attention to customer service with a professional and pleasant personality.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
