Tour generation

  • Dedicated to generating new tours via the Encore program
  • Dedicated to generating new tours via the Return package program
  • Dedicated to generating new tours by generating Virtual tours
  • Responsible for Encore post sales process
  • Present the Encore program in its entirety to the Tour no Sales
  • Fill out the purchase form and get credit card authorization from customer.
  • Ensure that customers leave with a good feeling about their experience.
  • Perform necessary follow-up
  • Maintain computer systems knowledge (Goldmine, Outlook, Word, and Excel).

  • Follow company and department policies and procedures.
  • Protect the privacy and security of coworkers.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.
  • Ensure nametags, and personal appearance are clean, hygienic, professional and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

 Guest Relations

  • Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using the guest's name when possible.
  • Actively listen and respond positively to guest questions, concerns, and requests using brand or property specific process (e.g., LEARN, PLEASED, Guest Response, LEAP) to resolve issues, delight, and build trust.
  • Thank guests with genuine appreciation and provide a fond farewell.
  • Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.

Communication

  • Speak to guests and co-workers using clear, appropriate, and professional language.
  • Talk with and listen to other employees to effectively exchange information.

Physical tasks

  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.

Sales

  • Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
  • Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott Vacation Club.
