As a Supervisor Sales Front Desk, a typical day will include:  

• Oversees data entry regarding sales tours, site packages, and self-generated leads into the computer software system.    

• Coaches and develops associates. 

• Ensure the gallery has hospitality items throughout the sales gallery in all locations.    

• Promotes awareness of brand image internally and externally.  

• Cleans and maintains equipment and supplies. 

• Completes all Daily Checklists and reports and turns them into management at the end of the shift.    

Guest Experience and Company Standards 

• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs. 

• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. 

• Contribute to team goals. 

• Always follow company policies and safety procedures. 

To Become a Supervisor Specialist Sales Front Desk:  

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.  

• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.  

• Sales experience preferred.  

• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements. 

• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. 

• Must be Fluent in Japanese (Read, Write and Speak
