This position will be an integral member of the Marketing team within the Revenue, Distribution & Marketing (RDM) department, serving as the subject matter expert (SME) for all E-commerce aspects of VRI-TPI. The position will be responsible for planning, driving, and coordinating the development and utility of the company's income-generating sites. The position will be required to conduct research on effective website layouts and features, advise on evidence-based and experimental changes to the company’s platforms, and monitor the effectiveness of strategies by inspecting standardized metrics.

Job Responsibilities:  Maximum of ten responsibilities, in order of percentage of time spent on functions from longest to shortest; do not list anything that does not represent at least 10% of the job’s time.  Please include supervisory responsibilities.


Develop, implement, operate, and grow performance marketing campaigns, managing functions within multiple platforms (i.e., Ad roll, TripTease, Hubspot, etc.).


Plan, implement, optimize, and analyze digital channels (web, content, social, SEO/SEM, PPC, email, etc.)


Collaborate with content and design team to develop and execute channel assets, promoting across multiple channels (website, content syndication, email, social media, etc.)


Drive revenue growth through ongoing testing including, A/B and Multivariate of ad copy, creative, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative keywords, etc.


Manage day-to-day search activities across search engines (Google, Bing/Yahoo), including the campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization of paid-search campaigns.


Develop measurement plans which contain benchmarks and goals for each upcoming campaign. Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance and optimize based on results.


Evaluate and analyze digital marketing data – across product and vertical segments - from various analytic tools and areas including, banner ads, video, print, mobile, SEO/SEM, and social media pages.


Through management by exception, the position will be responsible for constant communication to the Direct of Marketing and/or VP, RDM, exceptional results, whether exceeding or missing expectations, with plans to respond accordingly.


Professionally representing Vacation Resorts International and attend client or industry functions, meetings, receptions, or other industry or specialty events.


Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:  Describe the minimum qualifications needed to complete the job responsibilities.


  • Four-year college degree in Marketing Management, Business, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline and/or equivalent combination of education and experience or related experience
  • Completion of a pertinent E-Commerce qualification is preferred


  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in E-commerce
  • Demonstrable track record of devising conversion-enhancing strategies
  • In-depth experience with Google analytics required
  • Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
  • Unmatched collaboration, research, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities.
  • Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease.
  • Team player with the ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment; ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite to include Word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation programs, electronic mail, or any other software necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.  Must be proficient with either one of these web browsers: Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or Chrome
